Thank you for using the online sales services of SlashLead.
Please read these Terms of service (ToS) and conditions carefully. Our Privacy Policy and Copyright Policy are part of theses Terms and Service and define the terms and conditions under which you’re allowed to use SlashLead.
By using SlashLead or signing up for an account, you’re agreeing to these ToS and conditions and you are bound by them. This is a legal binding agreement.
SlashLead is an online sales automation service offered through the website www.slashlead.com that allows you to build, create, send, and manage online sales campaigns to individual recipients, permission based only. SlashLead is owned and operated by Araneum BV, a Dutch limited liability corporation in Amsterdam.
Change / Update
SlashLead reserves the right to change and update these ToS so now and than without further notice. So visit this page frequently. Upgrades like new features or enhancement of existing features will be subject to these ToS.
Definitions
As we refer to ‘we’ and ‘us’ we are referring to SlashLead service provided and owned by Araneum BV in The Netherlands.
"Service" is the SlashLead Sales automation application.
"Account" your working space in SlashLead.
"Recipients" and "Contacts" are your relations.
"Customer", that is you! You have one or more accounts in SlashLead.
"Members" are other users of your company.
SlashLead is our online sales automation service.
Legal suitable
When you are using SlashLead, no matter the rol, you have to:
be at least eighteen years old
provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested
complete the signup process
agree to these ToS
agree to the privacy policy
provide true information
use our services in a genuine way that will not violate any laws or regulations or harm our systems
be represent and warrant that you have the authority to make this legal agreement
take care for confidentiality of your password and loginname
make sure you don’t share your username and password
be human, bots will not be accepted
Account
Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple persons is not permitted. You may create separate logins for as many people as your plan allows.
Be responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account. Act responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. If applicable one person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account. You may not use the SlashLead for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must not, in the use of SlashLead, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). We’re not responsible for any losses due to stolen or hacked passwords. We don’t have access to your current password, and for security reasons, we may only reset your password.
Permission
SlashLead is developed for permission based usage only. We are very clear and we will not accept abusive behaviour.
You may never use it for spam messages. You must not upload, post, host, or transmit unsolicited email, SMSs, or “spam” messages.
Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, images, graphics, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting content to the Service, you grant us the right to publicly display such content on the Service. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit on the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
You understand and agree that SlashLead cannot be responsible for the content posted on the Service and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.
We have no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Period of the terms
These terms will start when you submit the sign up button with the required information and these terms stop when you end the Service, or when we are closing our Service with you.
Ending your account
You or SlashLead may terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason by giving notice to the other party. We may suspend our Service to you at any time, with cause. We won’t refund or reimburse you if there’s cause, like a violation of these terms. Once terminated, we may permanently delete your account and all the data associated with it.
Responsible
SlashLead cannot be held responsible for content in your account in what way.
Monthly Plans
Our charges for monthly plans are posted on www.slashlead.com and may be changed from time to time.
All plans except the free trial plan are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis, the billing cycle. Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a subscription.
At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting SlashLead customer support team.
A valid credit card is required for paying accounts. Free accounts are not required to provide a credit card number.
If you initially sign up for one of the plans and you don't cancel that account within 30 days, you will be billed monthly starting on the 30th day after your account was initially created. If you cancel prior to the processing of your first invoice on the 30th day, you will not be charged.
An upgrade from the free plan to any paying plan will end your free trial. You will be billed for your first month immediately upon upgrading.
The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service.
For any upgrade or downgrade in plan level, your credit card that you provided will automatically be charged the new rate on your next billing cycle.
Downgrading your Service may cause the loss of content, features, or capacity of your account. We do not accept any liability for such loss.
Free Trial; Per person you are allowed to have one free trail version with limited features.
We, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the subscription fees for the plans. Any subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle.
SlashLead will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your subscription before such change becomes effective.
Suspend or terminate account
SlashLead has the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of a suspicious transaction and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other SlashLead service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account or your access to your account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your account.
Copyright and Content ownership
All content posted on the Service must comply with the copyright laws.
SlashLead claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. However, by setting your campaigns to be shared publicly, you agree to allow others to view and share your content.
SlashLead cannot pre-screen content, but SlashLead have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that is available via the Service.
The look and feel of the Service is copyright protected ©2017 Araneum BV. All rights reserved. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the Service or concepts without express written permission from SlashLead.
Any software that may be made available by SlashLead in connection with the Service contains proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
You represent and warrant that you either own or have permission to use all of the material in your e-mails. You retain ownership of the materials that you upload to the Service. We may use or disclose your materials only as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Abuse
SlashLead may, but have no obligation to, remove content and accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these terms.
If you think anyone is violating any of these Terms, please notify us immediately. You can do this by sending an e-mail to abuse@slashlead.com.
Be polite
Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any SlashLead customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.
Liability
You expressly understand and agree that SlashLead shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.
Sublicense
SlashLead grants you the right to use our Service. This is a Non -transferable right.
You shall not under any condition sublicense, resell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, time share or otherwise commercially exploit or make the Service available to any third party.
You shall not use the Service in any unlawful manner (including without limitation in violation of any data, privacy or export control laws) or in any manner that interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Service or its components.
You shall not (and shall not allow any third party to) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code or sell, assign, sublicense or otherwise transfer any right in any Software.

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of The Netherlands without regard to the principles of conflicts of law. Unless otherwise elected by SlashLead in a particular instance, you hereby expressly agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the The Netherlands or the purpose of resolving any dispute relating to your access to or use of the Service.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of this ToS is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this ToS will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
Claims
Can never be higher than an monthly fee paid to SlashLead.
Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “as is“ and “as available“ basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
We do not warrant that
a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at anyparticular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
